We hold regular day camps during school holidays. From 10am to 4pm we give the children a fun day full of activities. The sessions provide fun activities including den building, camp fires, assault course and so much more.

MEDITATION

Experience guided meditations and quiet contemplation away from the frantic pace of everyday life.
Meditation in the woods allows you the opportunity to reconnect with your true and authentic self. By engaging with nature through all of your senses, it brings an awareness of yourself and the outdoors and how we are all a part of nature.
Meditation at Green Tree Adventures offers you the chance to be nurtured within a safe and supported space. It is suitable if you are new to mindfulness, or have an existing practice.
